Pieces of broken dishes are hand cut to fit this mosaic sun, some are vintage. The design has a Mediterranean vibe to it, to me. Grouted in two colors: the sun is done in a light burnt umber and background is done in gold. They blend well together. The frame is painted in burnt sienna.
Gift to a favorite person or keep it for yourself. Makes a great birthday gift, wedding present or a just because you love collecting mosaic suns. I understand the attraction!
There's a saw tooth hanger on the back with felt pads at the bottom. Signed and dated along with my signature, a peace sign, added to the front.
