This sun has a lot of details for an only 5 inch piece of wall art. Hand cut stained glass tiles and lots of mirror encompass this piece. It makes my little hippie heart sing!
The center is a glass gem in orange surrounded by precut and hand cut mirror in half circles, blue glass and ball chain, yellow surrounded by diamond shaped mirror. The rays of the sun are in orange glass.
The outer edge of this sun was a bit splintered so I added a bright yellow and white polka dotted ribbon around it. The back is painted in my favorite turquoise blue. I've added a saw tooth hanger attached to its back, ready for hanging. Signed and dated.
